Wall Odor Sealing

Whether it is due to pet urine, smoke, or a multitude of harsh odors, you know cleaning those walls is not enough when preparing units for the next tenant.

It is essential that one of your first steps is that you properly seal the odor in the walls before painting.

That along with cleaning and installing ozone will make an impact on reducing the chances of the next tenant complaining of a funky smell and requesting to swap units.
